Detailed info
Very appreciated here, the wines of this small Spanish bodega are made from vines managed according to the precepts of biodynamics, with the least possible intervention. Using only yeasts indigenous to the vineyard, this cuvée is vinified and aged in concrete vats to let the fruity character express itself to the maximum. We love the authenticity of the Grenache grape variety, which expresses its potential while remaining digestible. Serve it slightly chilled with grilled chicken or with a beef tartare.
