Domaine Sébastien Brunet Vouvray Arpent 2024

After inheriting a parcel from his grandfather, Sébastien Brunet decided to launch his wine business in 2006. Sensitive to nature and to the pure expression of his wines, he produces distinct cuvées for each type of terroir found on his three hectares. The Arpent cuvée is made of 100% Chenin Blanc and comes from a flint-rich soil. Crafted using only natural yeasts during fermentation, Sébastien is true to his vision of purity, revealing a white aged on lees with very little added sulfur. Elegant and standing tall, it pairs well with fresh goat cheese, crab salad or on its own as an aperitif.
