From neophyte to experienced winemakers, the Croisilles proudly built this life-long project. Now carried by the couple's sons and a friend of the family, the estate offers this organically farmed Cahors. Its name refers to the type of terroir it originates from, which delivers an easy-drinking wine that displays the appellation's classic characters marked by flavours of black and red fruits, as well as licorice. Perfect to accompany sausages or grilled pork chops.
