In order to fully express the purity of the Mediterranean terroir, fermentation is achieved by naturally present yeasts. Fine and delicate, this cuvée opens on flavours reminiscent of wild strawberries, white flowers and orange pulp. On the finish, a delicate bitterness lingers on a fresh palate.
