    A breath of fresh air in Chablis, our compatriot cut its teeth at Verget (Jean-Marie Guffens, in the mâconnais) and Jean-Marc Brocard estate (Chablis) before launching his own trading activity in 2008, successfully delivering wines that faithfully reflect their terroirs. Both rich and vibrant, this wine displays a pleasant liveliness through scents of lemon and apple, as well as typical seashell aromas and a delicately herbal and slightly saline finish.
