Bottled without clarification or filtration, this cuvée is an unmasked version of the Mencìa grape. After about thirty minutes in the fridge, it shows a pulpy character and a fruity, spicy and liquorice profile. A favourite to treat yourself with a steak frites or a salad of duck confit.
