Described as the most visionary winemaker in Spain by Wine Advocate, Raúl Pérez constantly wants to create, experiment and shake up conventions. Bottled without clarification or filtration, this cuvée is an unmasked version of the Mencìa grape. After about thirty minutes in the fridge, it shows a pulpy character and a fruity, spicy and liquorice profile. A favourite to treat yourself with a steak frites or a salad of duck confit.
