Produced in the Bekaa Valley in Lebanon, this wine deviates from the beaten path with an atypical style. Mainly made with Sauvignon Blanc, it surprises with its slightly oxidative profile, reminiscent at times of certain Jura whites. A full-bodied, complex and singular wine, which deserves to be served with a daring cuisine: Apricot tagine, roasted poultry with sweet spices, mushroom risotto or mature hard cheeses.
