From a single hectare of vines planted in the Maconnais, southern subregion of Burgundy, this wine is so exquisite that it can certainly convince sceptics about aligoté. Its pleasantly concentrated fragrances evoke green apple and citrus, along with mineral and salty flavours. A true delight. Delicate-fleshed fish, seafood pasta and fresh cheeses are welcomed to the table.
