The wine selection at Blasted Church tells the story of this small dismantled church relocated in Okanagan Falls, near the current vineyard. The original idea was to «loosen up» the structure with a controlled explosion. Surprise, the wood was saved! No less than a dozen varieties make up this honeyed, fruity (cantaloupe, peach, apple) and floral cuvée. The mouth offers a certain fattiness, balanced by nice acidity.
