Panayiotis Papagiannopoulos finished his studies in oenology in the 1990's and finally settled at the Tetramythos estate in the Peloponnese not far from Patras. The Retsina (made with pine tree resin!) Amphora Nature is a white wine made from 100% roditis, the fermentation is done in amphora without filtering or fining, followed by maturation in steel tanks for 3 months. Notes of lemon, jasmine, rosemary and pine will take you on a journey along with a wine that reflects its terroir.
