Detailed info
The Le Grand Ballon cuvée takes its name from the spectacular ballet of hot‑air balloons that glide over Touraine, floating above its vineyards and châteaux. In this land best known for Sauvignon Blanc, Thierry Delaunay chose to shine a spotlight on Gamay—a grape that truly thrives on the region’s emblematic clay‑and‑flint soils, known locally as “perruches”. The result is a fresh, easy‑drinking wine driven by crisp, juicy fruit. Enjoy slightly chilled with friends and some charcuteries.
