Born from a collaboration between Yves Plaisantin (Lyon) and Sébastien Jaulin (Loire) who, at the time, was selling his Chinon in bulk, this estate embraces the organic wine philosophy with very little sulfur addition and delicate élevages. A true reflection of its terroir, the wine reveals a nose featuring raspberry, blackberry, violet and coal, all in a mouth-filling whole.
