The first Médoc Grand Cru Classé estate to obtain is organic certification, Château Guiraud produces not only sweet Sauternes wines, but also dry wines like this delicious blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. The cuvée was aged in barrels previously used for Sauternes, which gives it a unique character. Quite dry, it offers herbaceous notes alongside apricot, mint, honey and olive oil, complete with a slight wood note. Wonderful discovery!
