    Axel Pauly is a young produceur with quite the promising future! From de top of the abrupt Mosel hillsides, the Riesling grapes are hand-harvested before undergoing pellicular maceration from some 30 hours. Indigenous yeasts handle the rest of the work to create a dry, lively wine showcasing accents of lime and white peach. Light in alcohol, this is the ideal cuvée for your next apéro.
