Owner of a few hectares of vines planted in 1911 and 1950 on the Moulin-à-vent cru, Yohan Lardy first learned the ropes in Chile, on a biodynamic-run estate. Mr. Lardy still favours a chemical-free winemaking approach to ensure wines can better reveal their terroir. Expressing undeniable strawberry and raspberry notes, it also offers floral and spicy notes on the palate. The texture is fine, caressing and the tannins, moderately fleshy. Beautiful Gamay!
