    Ribolla Gialla is one of the oldest indigenous varietals of the region. In this cuvée, it underwent pellicular maceration for some 12 hours before fermentation. A small portion will enjoy aging in oak casks. Graced with notes of citrus and a floral touch, this is an unexpected pairing for fish and seafood dishes.
