Located west of Valencia, Utiel-Requena is rather unknown by Spanish wine lovers. But this cuvée will surely get their attention. Born from organically-grown Chardonnay and fermented in casks, it is graced with well-integrated woody notes, which blend beautifully with its peach and pear scents. The attack is fresh, even recalling a vegetal-menthol note, and the round and mouth-filling mouth completes the pleasing profile.
