Guy Lafleur and his partner Gilles Chevalier had a goal (pun intended) of creating a high-end wine brand in 2019. They were offered different cuvées by Canadian wine producers that would potentially appeal to the palate of the famous hockey legend. After several tastings of different blends, Guy's final choice fell on this Chardonnay cuvée from Tawse Winery. Aged in barrels for 12 months, this wine is expressed by aromas of tart apple, pear and marzipan. Round in the mouth, the whole is well balanced.
