Nuns are called "Mourgues" in Provençal, while sandstone (grès) is part of the geological identity of the terroir of the wines of the castle. Resulting from the direct pressing of the Mourvèdre, Grenache and Syrah grape varieties, this organic rosé combines the charm of southern France and a certain finesse. The perfect match for an afternoon on the terrace with guacamole and corn chips, or salad with grilled halloumi cheese.
