Carefully selected, the lots of Gamay are vinified using yeasts indigenous to the vineyard. Of these, 28% are vinified in whole bunches, which contributes to the substance of the wine. It is then aged in neutral barrels, minimizing the aromatic influence and leaving plenty of room for the fruit. A magnificent vintage that will be able to confuse many, especially at this price! Enjoy with roast chicken.
