One of Greece's emblematic grape varieties, Moschofilero is recognizable by its powerful aromatic profile on floral accents. Vinified here in pellicular maceration, from wild yeasts and with little intervention in the cellar, it reveals another facet of its personality and will please thanks to its ampleness and persistence in the mouth. Serve it chilled but not too cold with a California salad or grilled octopus.
