Evoking the concept of a wine that enjoyed prolonged aging, this “reserve” cuvée has in fact aged in medium-toasted French oak barrels. Its fruitiness is still dominant thanks to a longer maceration, also part of its production. The result is a wine with a pleasant presence to pair with marinated pork tenderloin grilled on the BBQ, and braised beef with vegetables.
