The 2019 vintage marked the birth of the brand-new Clos Jordanne “Village” range. Blending the "Le Clos", "Claystone" and "Talon Ridge" plots, this Chardonnay benefits from aging in French barrels over a period of 19 months. The Burgundian influence is felt in this cuvée vinified by Thomas Bachelder. The palate is fresh, caressing, velvety, with nice notes of shortbread cookies, almond, apple and pear. The perfect white for a "bring your own wine" restaurant or to accompany fatty fish.
