By taking over the family estate, Mathias Hager wanted to do things differently. Where many want to keep up traditions, he wanted to give the vineyard a new identity. Soil plowing, biodynamics, spontaneous fermentation; his mark has been praised ever since. Coming from the Kamptal region, this Grüner Veltliner is simply of great purity. Although it goes well with fish, salads and seafood, serve it on its own as an aperitif to appreciate its nuances.
