A pillar of the natural approach to wines, Georges Descombes remains a reference for many winegrowers. The only vintage in pellicular maceration at the estate, this orange wine made with Chardonnay is a great success. Deep, aromatic and complex, it conveys generous notes of tropical fruits, flowers, orange and pear. Round and subtly tannic, it will please alongside a pad thai or spring rolls. Superb!
