    Traditional at heart, this estate established in Vergne was founded in 1972. It is run with aplomb by Aldo Vajra and his children, who continue to deliver stunning and novel wines. Dolcetto's favourite terroir, the Dogliani appellation area offers well-oriented hills allowing optimal maturity. A fresh, fruity red that just begs for beef tartare.
