Usually at the base of light wines with low alcohol content, the Debina grape variety finds in this cuvée an aromatic partner that suits it well: Gewurztraminer. Blending sweet spices, eucalyptus, dried fruits, orange and rose, this maceration wine offers generosity and length which will pair marvelously with a shrimp curry with coconut milk or a salmon teriyaki filet.
