This slightly sparkling natural cider is a tasty concoction involving the maceration of apples in their juice for 30 days, to which are added the lees of Frontenac Gris from a Pinard et Filles vintage. At the end of the fermentation process, an amphora ageing process is conducted to soften the acidity, which is still very thirst-quenching. With a delicate bitterness, it will be perfect for a picnic with your brie and green apple sandwich, or some Quebec cured meats.
