Born from a cross between the Gamay and Reichensteiner grape varieties, Gamaret is assembled here with one of its parents in a Quebec red produced by Cartier-Potelle. Translucent, easy-drinking, digestible; it perfectly meets our idea of a thirst-quenching wine. A local red to serve chilled as an aperitif with prosciutto sticks.
