Made with the Honey Crisp, Eden and Pinova varieties, thanks to the complicity of a neighboring winegrower from Shefford, this cuvée in which St-Pépin berries (hybrid grape variety) have been macerated, is expressed with a pleasant freshness. Balanced and thirst-quenching, this cider is excellent as an aperitif, but it will enhance spring rolls, a fennel and feta salad or even grilled peaches with honey garnished with mascarpone mousse.
