Cidrerie du Chemin 9 Pommes & Chêne
Detailed info
"Equal blend of Cortland, McIntosh and Spartan. This cider has a well-balanced, slightly woody and complex structure and is the result of a slow spontaneous fermentation of six months on wild yeasts followed by a whole year in French oak barrels that were previously used for red wine. Completely dry, with no added sulphites and natural foaming thanks to refermentation in bottles." Excerpt from the producer’s website
