This is a magnificent expression of the Cortese grape variety, indigenous to the Piedmont region. While it can sometimes be more anonymous in its varietal manifestation, this cuvée really does it justice as it reveals itself in a fruity profile with accents of orchard fruits, highlighted by an almost saline minerality. Superb with seafood pasta with a hint of lemon zest.
