The Benedictine monks of Belgium's Maredsous Abbey created three distinct beers which are still brewed under their supervision and in accordance with the original recipes. Maredsous Brune is a Belgian Dubbel style beer originally brewed only for Christmas. This full-bodied beer is bottle fermented and features a wealth of caramel, dried fruit and spicy flavours.
