Since 1865, Glenfarclas has been owned by just one family, the Grants, and is one of only a few distilleries in Scotland to be family owned and managed. An excellent introduction to the distillery style, Glenfarclas 12 year old is aged in sherry casks and puts forth seductive aromas of sherried fruit and oak. The finish is persistent, with notes of liquorice and grilled cereals.
