A child of the Languedoc vineyards and the owner of a number of well-known estates, former international rugby player Gérard Bertrand has built up an empire of 600 hectares over the past twenty years. A blend of equal parts Grenache and Syrah, La Sauvageonne offers everything we love about a Languedoc red with its notes of garrigue, black fruits and violets, to which are added accents of tobacco. Great pairings with lamb with rosemary or steak with pepper.
