    The estate, awarded four stars by 2017 Guide Bettane & Dessauve, signs this generic cuvée which beautifully represents the essence of Chardonnay wines of Burgundy. The élevage on lees brings roundness in the mouth, as well as a subtle floral touch compined to scents recalling Golden delicious apple and raw almond. A lovely success destined for white fish coated in butter sauce.
