  • 15 ml (1/2 oz.) spiced rum
  • 15 ml (1/2 oz.) hazelnut liqueur
  • 180 ml (6 oz.) ginger ale
  • 2 orange slices
  • Rum-soaked raisins, to taste (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Orange twists

Combine all the ingredients, except for the orange twists, in a highball glass containing a few ice cubes.

Stir using a mixing spoon.

Garnish with the orange twists.

Rum-soaked raisins:

Place raisins in a bowl, cover them with rum, and leave to infuse for a minimum of four hours in the refrigerator. Use them in cocktails or in a dessert. They’ll keep in a covered container in the refrigerator for several weeks.
