Winter Blues
- 60 ml (2 oz.) lemon liqueur (like Limoncello)
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) vodka
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) citrus liqueur (like blue curaçao)
- 2 egg whites
- Black cherry sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- 2 maraschino cherries
Combine all ingredients, except for the sparkling water and cherries, in a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously for one minute so that the egg whites are well incorporated. Strain into a highball glass using an ice strainer. Top up with black cherry sparkling water. Garnish with maraschino cherries on a cocktail pick.
