- 90 ml (3 oz.) pineapple juice
- 30 ml (1 oz.) amber rum
- 30 ml (1 oz.) citrus liqueur
- 2 pineapple slices
- 4-5 lime quarters
- 6-8 mint leaves
- Ice cubes
- Pineapple leaves for decoration
Smash pineapple slices, lime, and mint at the bottom of a shaker using a muddler.
Fill shaker with ice cubes and add all other ingredients, except pineapple leaves.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds and strain in highball glass filled with ice cubes using an ice strainer.
Decorate with pineapple leaves.
