    Take part in this lottery until September 8 to try to get your hands on preeminent cuvées whose mere mention arouses great interest. Domaine Joblot, Dominique Lafon, the Pavelots, Samuel Billaud and many others are among the selection.

    The lottery takes place in two rounds

    If not all products are claimed, a second draw will take place. To enter this draw, you must have bought at least one of the products allocated to you after the 1st round. After the 2nd round, products that weren’t sold after all will be put back on sale, on a first come, first served basis.

      "The 2021 Savigny-lès-Beaune La Dominode 1er Cru has another complex bouquet from Pavelot, predominantly red fruit infused with damp earth, iodine and pressed iris flower aromas. The palate is medium-bodied with firm but quite chiselled, almost chalky tannins, certainly very saline with a focused, peppery finish that leaves the mouth tingling for 60 seconds afterwards.       "There is equally prominent floral influence to the aromas of white pepper, citrus confit and a broad array of classic Chablis elements. The old vines are very much in evidence on the palate as there is a lovely texture and density to the almost delicate yet quite punchy flavors that also exude a bracing minerality on the bitter-lemon-suffused finish. One to look for as this is excellent plus it should age gracefully."
