Cellaring potential: 2022-2029
"This has a lot in common with Finca Dofí, from a common paraje that is planted with wood from old vines from L'Ermita and Aubagetes that were not clean and delivers very low yields of small berries with thick skin and very loose bunches, a qualitative advantage that made Palacios bottle the wine separately even at the young age of the vines. There is purity here, and the wine is direct and spherical, with round and glossy tannins."

Cellaring potential: 2023-2029
"So, there's something darker and earthier here, a wine more marked by Cariñena and the very dark slate from the soils. There are some grainy tannins, again a different texture from the rest of 2019s. But again, there is great balance, and it's perhaps the more traditional Priorat in the range."

Cellaring potential: 2024-2032
"Deep, lurid violet. Hugely perfumed cherry, black currant and vanilla scents show outstanding clarity and pick up smoky mineral, oak spice and floral nuances with air. Juicy and seamless in texture, showing superb definition to intense black and blue fruit liqueur, spicecake and violet pastille flavors that smoothly blend depth and finesse. Delivers solid finishing cut, an echo of sweet dark berries and polished tannins that add gentle grip."

Cellaring potential: 2021-2028
"This is a little more reticent than Falcoeira but more open than O Diviso, but the three showed superbly in 2018. It takes some time in the glass to unfurl the As Caborcas perfume—decayed blue flowers, wild and Atlantic, berries and herbs, subtle and elegant. Simply superb."
