Emilio Moro Ribera del Duero 2017
Detailed info
Produced 100% from the local star, Tempranillo, this cuvee is aged for 12 months in American and French oak barrels. The result is a wine with an assertive personality marked by cherry and plum flavours, complete with spices, undergrowth and vanilla. Its tannins, still firm, make it an interesting wine to pair with rare meat.
