Named after the old Médoc diligences (patache) and the descendants of Comtes d'Armagnac (les Chevaliers d'Aux), Château Patache d'Aux is still part of the vineyards exploited by the Lapalu family. Following a year of aging in French casks (33% new) the wine features nice structure and back-bone as well as a woody and fruity profile with torrefaction notes.
