    This Chardonnay aged six months in casks is produced from the best vineyards of Mendoza: Cafayate and Salta. Modern and mouth-filling, it offers a palate-coating exuberance, roundness and persistence, where notes of hazelnut, maple, vanilla and pear can be perceived. Tapiz, one of the leading producers of Argentina when it comes to technology, recently enlisted the help of Jean-Claude Berrouet, previously winemaker at Petrus, as consultant oenologist.
