    What a lovely find! If the Petit Chablis appellation area usually turns out wines featuring a delicate and sharp profile, this one doesn’t lack personality or texture. It is produced from an especially well-exposed parcel of a mere 1.4 hectares of vine where fruits reach perfect maturity. Scents of green apple and pear are joined by notes of fresh almond and a lacteous touch, fading into a mineral finish recalling limestone.
