    Proximity to the best is what makes us progress.  Christophe Pacalet caught on to the concept by creating an estate with his famous uncle, the deceased Marcel Lapierre. With no additions and next to no sulphur to stay in line with the natural wine philosophy, this cuvée offers a fruity attack and notes of wild strawberry, a subtle floral note and a touch of spices. Decant shortly and chill to serve paired to a rack of pork with herbs and tomatoes or a poultry liver pâté.
