After the spontaneous fermentation of the cider, the marc of the Chardonnay grape variety from Vignoble Camy is added to the tank for two weeks of maceration. These solid parts are then extracted from the tank and the cider rests on its lees for a few weeks before bottling. The result is a cider with a festive bubble, pleasantly aromatic (ripe apple and honey) and medium bodied. Ideal for natural Chardo lovers!
