The arrival of Grégory Patriat, a talented winemaker trained at Lalou Bize-Leroy, quickly instilled a singularity in the wines and a repositioning of the brand among the best producers, according to the "Guide des vins Bettane et Desseauve". Aged seven months in barrels of which only 2% are new, this cuvée opens with accents of cherry and tea, to which are added floral and vegetable notes. A classic burgundy that will highlight poultry and grilled white meats.
