    Amarone, the legendary wine of Venetia, is perfect for those who love big, rich reds with lots of character, a style reinforced by the partial drying of the grapes before vinification. Salvalai completes this process by aging the wine for 2 to 3 years in barrels enhanced by a maturing period of 6 months in the bottle. Aromas of plum, cooked fruit, chocolate, cherry and pear are all blended in a powerful mouth.
