«Éric Nicolas is a master of Chenin. All his cuvees are remarkable, and come from terroirs handled with great respect. Made from young vines, this one is of surprising intensity. Aromas of quince paste, mirabelle, mushrooms and beeswax. Of such complexity, you could spend hours smelling it! And the mouth is just as impressive by its texture and deep flavours. A off-dry wine, but with exemplary freshness and balance. A grand Chenin.»
